Part Time Human Resources Business Partner - Falmouth /Redruth / Hybrid - £36000 (actual salary for 30 hours per week) £45000 full time equivalent
Well Placed HR are delighted to have been engaged by a long-standing client, a rapidly expanding and highly successful Cornish retail services business. The company has an outstanding reputation for staff retention and are highly regarded for their employee development. They now seek to recruit an exceptional HR Business Partner, a position of pivotal importance that works within an extremely experienced and energetic people management team. This is a permanent, part time role operating over a four-day working week. Candidates who are Cornwall based would be preferred but as a minimum, candidates will need to be on site at the Falmouth/Redruth offices on a fortnightly basis, meaning that those located outside of Cornwall will be considered. Candidates who are Cornwall based would be required to work on site 40% of the week with 60% working from home on average.
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner the successful candidate will join a small team of HR BP’s and take full management of a specific area of the business. The key focus of this role is to nurture and develop colleagues, ensuring that those that want to progress - do. The role works to improve people management strategy and develop the function through projects and improvements, ultimately creating a culture that is as close as possible to an employee utopia! In this role, the HR BP will play an active role in developing and promoting:

We’re looking for a candidate with recent human resources experience gained at either BP, manager, or advisor level and with up-to-date knowledge of all aspects of human resources, employment law and general HR policy. Ideally, you’ll be qualified to CIPD level 5 although candidates currently operating at or studying towards CIPD level 5 will be given strong consideration. Just as important as technical capacity will be team fit.
