Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Part-Time Warehouse Operative for a well-established Freight Forwarder. The company is based in The Sunbury-on-Thames area.

We are looking for an individual to join our team - This is a Part Time role working specifically and foremost in the Automotive Division but also to include assistance to the General Warehouse workload.

Automotive Duties include:-

• Receiving Daily Inbound Shipments from Courier (mainly) or could be Road, Sea or Air Imports
• Checking all Inbound Packages against what we are expecting, Number of Packages and PRR’s.
• Opening the Packages and checking contents and making note of any discrepancies.
• Identifying the Packages against our In House System and then data entry to Scan in the goods against a specific onforwarding destination.
• Wrap and Label the Pieces and place in designated on forwarding destination.

Co-ordinating at any time of the month, movement of any scanned in goods by getting them checked against a manifest and wrapped and ready for mode of onward transport.

General Warehousing Duties:-

• Mainly either Picking from one of our number of stock held customers or secondary picking from one of the other warehouse team initial pick.
• Assisting in final preparation of picked goods to ensure packed in a safe and professional manner.
• Labelling of Cargo.
• Assistance in Stock Taking as and when required
• General assistance to any of our main Warehouse needs and requests

Part Time Working Hours; Monday - Friday 10am – 2.30pm
