We currently have the pleasure of seeking a Warehouse Distribution Assistant for our client based in Rendlesham on a temporary ongoing basis.

Our client are a family-owned wholesale company who specialize in importing and supplying product across the UK and offshore islands. Due to their continued expansion, they are looking to grow their team.

About the Role:

We’re currently seeking a Warehouse Distribution Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, primarily covering Fridays and Saturdays. This role is key in supporting our core team with the preparation and distribution of fresh flowers and related products.

If you’re dependable, physically fit, and looking to join a fast-paced and friendly environment, we’d love to hear from you. For the right candidate, there may be opportunities for additional weekday shifts in varied warehouse roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack and label fresh flowers and sundries into boxes for customer delivery
• Assist with unloading and stripping boxes, preparing them for transport
• Load boxes onto our on-site truck in an organized and efficient manner
• Support with general warehouse tasks as needed
• Ensure boxes are safely and correctly stacked (6–10 box sizes) for transit

Requirements:

• Good level of physical fitness – this is a physically active role
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Able to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must speak and understand English for communication and safety
• Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not essential
