Our company is an independent, family owned and operated travel business operating is SE England. Since 1993 we have grown to four retail branches and in addition we own holiday companies including Castaways Holidays and Moxley & Co offering programmes of luxury tailor-made holidays. The company specialises in bespoke and luxury holidays and travel. We are Serandipians, an organisation for the world's elite Top 500 Travel Designers. We are growing and so need more talented individuals.
The role
We are seeking to appoint a part time (three days a week) luxury travel consultant to join our team in Frimley.
The role encompasses the following activities:
The person we are looking for
You should be well travelled and have excellent sales ability. You will be able to use your own travel experience to assist clients and create for them unique, tailor-made travel and holiday experiences. You should be equally comfortable assisting clients face to face, on the telephone and by email.
You will be expected to provide personalised customer service of the highest level at all times. You will be responsible for clients' holidays from the initial enquiry until they return home and so you will need to have strong administrative skills as well as excellent attention to detail to ensure everything goes smoothly.
Personal Development
Our team are all destination specialists. You will be expected to develop your destination knowledge and undertake overseas visits for up to three weeks every year as well as study towards appropriate training qualifications.
