The Role: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full 360° recruitment cycle within the Facilities Management sector. You’ll develop strong relationships with clients and candidates, delivering tailored recruitment solutions and consistently exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate placement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships within the FM or Engineering sectors
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, CRM, and referrals
- Write compelling job adverts and manage responses effectively
- Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates on market conditions and recruitment best practices
- Achieve and exceed individual and team targets/KPIs
- Maintain accurate records using our recruitment CRM system
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments
About You: - Proven experience as a recruitment consultant (360 or 180), ideally in FM, Engineering, or Technical sectors
- Strong business development skills with a track record of building a client base
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
- Organised and able to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively
- A genuine interest in the Facilities Management or Engineering space
- Experience using a CRM or ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- A driving licence for field/client visits is desired
