The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full 360° recruitment cycle within the Facilities Management sector. You’ll develop strong relationships with clients and candidates, delivering tailored recruitment solutions and consistently exceeding expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate placement
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships within the FM or Engineering sectors
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, CRM, and referrals
  • Write compelling job adverts and manage responses effectively
  • Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates on market conditions and recruitment best practices
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team targets/KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records using our recruitment CRM system
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments

About You:
  • Proven experience as a recruitment consultant (360 or 180), ideally in FM, Engineering, or Technical sectors
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of building a client base
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
  • Organised and able to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively
  • A genuine interest in the Facilities Management or Engineering space
  • Experience using a CRM or ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • A driving licence for field/client visits is desired
