Payroll Administrator

Join Heygate Group, a respected family-run business with over 1,400 employees, known for its stability and people-first culture. Part time Payroll Administrator based at the head office in Bugbrooke, you’ll be part of a friendly, experienced finance team of 15.
We’re looking for someone with payroll and/or pensions administration experience who lives within easy reach of Bugbrooke. This is a part-time role within a supportive team of three payrollers.

�? Part-Time Payroll & Pensions Administrator – Bugbrooke, Northamptonshire

?? What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Pension calculations and record maintenance
  • Submitting pension figures and processing new starters
  • Reviewing Right to Work documentation
  • Advising employees on PAYE and NIC queries
  • Manual tax and NI calculations
  • Payroll reconciliations and statutory deductions
  • Calculating wages, overtime, holiday pay, and more
  • Processing BACS payments and year-end procedures
  • Collaborating with HR on employee data and contracts

  • Experienced in payroll/pensions administration

  • Accurate, confidential, and customer-focused
  • Good Excel skills
