We’re looking for a proactive HR Administrator to support with day-to-day HR operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative workplace in Mildenhall.

What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in HR or strong administrative background
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, and up-to-date IT skills
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Strong organisational and project management skills
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions
Key responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and wider business.
Maintain and update personnel files onto the HR system.
Manage the HR inbox, respond to queries as required.
Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
Prepare payroll data and submit to the payroll team.
Supporting absence management and return-to-work meetings.
Manage maternity, paternity, and family leave policy implementation.
Conduct exit interviews, and support with the leaver processes.
Attend meetings and take notes as required.
Helping to drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
Update company policies and procedures.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
