Are you an organised, detail-oriented finance professional looking for a part-time role within a supportive team? We’re looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our clients finance team, reporting directly to the Head of Finance.
In this vital role, you will ensure the smooth running of the purchase ledger function - from processing invoices and managing supplier payments to resolving queries and supporting financial accuracy across the business.

We’re looking for someone with strong purchase ledger experience, confident in processing invoices, managing supplier payments, and resolving discrepancies efficiently. You will have solid SAP and Excel skills, with a proven ability to stay organised and accurate while handling multiple priorities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential, along with a proactive, professional approach and a positive, adaptable attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
