Practice Nurse: Scunthorpe
Salary: £19.00 to £23.85 per hour (depending on experience and skills)
Hours: Part-time or Full-time (25 to 37.5 hours per week)

We're working with a busy training practice in Scunthorpe that is seeking an experienced and confident practice nurse to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a large, dynamic dual-sited practice with a combined patient list of 20,000 and a team of over 50 staff, including 7 GPs, 4 nurses, nurse associates, and healthcare assistants.

The practice offers a salary of £19-23.85/hr, 6 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time), NHS pension, onsite parking, and flexible hours and days to suit your lifestyle. This role is ideal for a nurse who wants to develop or continue to master skills in diabetes and chronic disease management, with the practice offering training opportunities for the right candidate.

The right candidate will have:

• General practice nursing duties including vaccines and injections, baby and travel immunisations, cervical smears, wound care, etc.
• Experience or interest in developing diabetes and chronic disease management
• Confident and proactive, able to work independently
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a practice nurse
• Experience with System One
