Are you a passionate and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in primary education? About the Role:

We are recruiting for multiple long-term positions, both full-time and part-time, to work within inclusive and supportive primary school environments. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping pupils with a range of SEND needs thrive both academically and socially.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing tailored one-to-one support for pupils with SEND
  • Assisting in the classroom to promote inclusive learning
  • Supporting pupils with emotional, behavioural, and learning needs
  • Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to deliver effective support plans
  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience working with children with SEND in a school setting
  • A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, SEND-specific training) – desirable but not essential
