Join Bensons for Beds as a valued member of our Delivery Team and enjoy a rewarding role combining driving, customer service, and hands-on assembly work. We’re looking for a responsible, safety-conscious individual with a Cat C1 licence who takes pride in delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Deliver beds, mattresses, and furniture to customer homes across the local area using a 7.5 tonne vehicle (Cat C1 licence required).
• Work alongside a delivery colleague as a two-person team to safely carry and assemble products in each customer’s room of choice.
• Deliver service with professionalism and a positive attitude, always putting the customer first.
• Operate all equipment, including PDA devices and digital tachographs, following company guidelines and keeping accurate records.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks, reporting any defects, and ensure your delivery vehicle is clean and well-maintained.
• Comply at all times with UK driving laws, Company health and safety standards, and manual handling procedures.

• Full UK Cat C1 driving licence with valid CPC and driver’s digital card.
• Comfortable lifting and moving heavy furniture with safe manual handling practices.
• Understanding of EU Driving legislation and digital tachograph use.
• Great communication skills and previous experience delivering excellent customer service in any environment.
• Experience in multi-drop commercial delivery or driver jobs is desirable, but we welcome applications from anyone with the right licence and attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to solve problems with a team-focused approach.
• Due to insurance requirements, applicants must be aged 21+.
