Imaging Administrator
Oaks Hospital Colchester
Hours: 37.5 hours per week varied shift pattern to cover opening hours of the department
The Oaks Hospital is a 57 bedded Hospital. The Radiology Department has general X-Ray facilities including Fluoroscopy, Mammography, Ultrasound, CT and MRI.
Oaks Hospital are currently looking for an experienced Administrator reporting to the Radiology Manager to join the Radiology team, as an Imaging Administrator. The Imaging department is open Monday to Saturday 8am-8pm and Sundays 8-4pm. This role will include weekdays, weekends, day & evening shifts within the above opening hours.
The Role We have an excellent opportunity for a part-time Radiology Administrator to join the team at the Oaks Hospital. In this role, you will be an integral member of the department, committed to delivering outstanding customer service to patients, while working closely with consultants and clinical staff.
What you’ll bring
· Experience in administration and customer service
· A good understanding of administration processes and procedures
· Excellent computer skills
· Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure
· Good attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.
