1to1 Group are working with an established company on the outskirts of Basingstoke (you will need to be a car driver/owner as it is a remote location) to join a stable team to process large amounts of orders and payments associated with subcontractors.

Accuracy is important as well as the experience of high-volume invoice processing.

Responsibilities

• Purchase Ledger experience essential which involves processing 50+ subcontract orders and associated payments per week and entering invoices on the system
• Administer subcontract records for up to 100 subcontractors
• Ensure CIS compliance
• Check subcontractors insurance
• Able to reconcile subcontract retentions
• Work with team to resolve any queries

Experience

• High volume invoice processing with attention to detail
• Able to record and input data accurately
• Use of a self billing system
