Projects Administrator

We’re looking for an experienced Administrator to join a dynamic, growing company in the construction sector. This is a part-time role (27.5 hours per week) designed to fit around school drop-off and pick-up times.


Proven experience in an administrative role within the construction sector is essential.


What You’ll Do


As a Projects Administrator, you’ll provide vital support to ensure projects run smoothly by:

Organising and maintaining project documentation (digital and paper)

Preparing and distributing site folders with all required compliance documentation

Managing company contracts, purchases and key project records

Organising and coordinating plant equipment

Supporting contracts and site managers with enquiries via phone and email

Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects on track

Participate in weekly contracts meeting, providing updates and taking relevant actions

Uploading and updating workloads on company systems, ensuring clear communication



What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a Projects Administrator or similar within the construction sector is essential

Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail

Confident with Microsoft Office and office systems

Proactive and solution-focused, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

A team player with strong communication skills
