A fantastic opportunity to join a friendly company, looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper / Accounts Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
All bookkeeping duties, use of Sage & Xero software
Inputting / coding purchase and sales ledger invoices
Matching purchase orders
Supplier reconciliations, bank reconciliations
Coding all supplies and sales into departments on Sage, so costs etc are matched to each department in the company
Payroll
Monitoring cashflow, cashflow projections and reporting to Director
You will need previous experience of Sage software and ideally some use of Xero. The company are looking for someone to work circa 15-20 hours per week, but can also consider those looking at slightly higher circa 24 hours, if happy to pick up extra duties. You will need previous experience bookkeeping in a sole responsibility capacity, and have strong financial knowledge and an ability to produce monthly management accounts.
This role can be done completely from home, however being somewhat local to the Portsmouth area may be beneficial for occasional meetings.
