This role is ideal for someone with experience in a technical environment such as engineering or manufacturing, who enjoys leading projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for managing diverse projects that improve processes, equipment, and infrastructure across the business. Your day-to-day will include:

• Developing project plans and proposals for process improvement and equipment upgrades
• Managing budgets, negotiating supplier agreements, and forecasting project costs
• Allocating resources and briefing internal teams and external contractors
• Ensuring compliance with ISO standards and internal quality processes
• Driving continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

To succeed in this role, you will need strong project management experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with MS Project or similar tools is essential, and NEBOSH or IOSH certification is preferred.
