Overview of Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and organised Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of their busy sports therapy clinic. This pivotal role is essential in ensuring seamless clinic operations while delivering exceptional patient experiences and driving efficient business processes. You will be the operational backbone of the clinic, managing everything from patient bookings to facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient bookings, scheduling, and appointment coordination across multiple practitioners to ensure optimal clinic flow.
  • Handle patient enquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, generate reports on patient attendance and clinic performance metrics.
  • Ensure clinic rooms and common areas are clean, well-maintained, and properly equipped while overseeing health and safety compliance.
  • Process and settle supplier invoices, client payments, and maintain accurate financial records, supporting budget management.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role within a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach to patient care.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail.
