P/T On Call Administrator

A client based in Bromley is recruiting for 2 x Part-time members of staff to work in their on call department.

The ideal candidate will be able to work Monday - Friday 5pm - 10.30pm, the client could also be flexible if you wanted to work 2 or 3 days.

You must have excellent WIFI connection at home

Must be able to use Microsoft Office and be able to pick up the clients database quickly (training will be provided)

Must have a good eye for detail as you will be forwarding emails to various departments ensuring the correct department has the information required. Updating information onto a database, closing jobs on the computer and logging any issues or queries on the out of office database

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO UNDERTAKE TWO WEEKS TRAINING DURING THE DAY AT THE CLIENTS OFFICE IN BROMLEY KENT
