Job Description:

Recruit UK are working with a Financial Planning firm, who are looking for an Administrator.

This family run, highly successful, independent financial planning firm are looking to expand their back office team and bring on an administrator to support the Paraplanners and Financial Advisers. You will become part of the family, given ample opportunity to develop and learn, as well as be given autonomy to manage your own workload.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Prepare client files and documents for annual reviews and new business meetings
  • Submit new business applications
  • Keep back-office systems up to date, liaise with clients and provide regular management information
  • Assist with some basic templated reports

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience/exposure to Financial Planning/Wealth Management
  • Strong attention to detail, communication and data entry skills
  • Familiarity with UK financial products
