Job Title: Part-Time Office Administrator
Location: Newcastle under Lyme
Hours: 3 days per week - Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 9.30am-2.30pm
Salary: £14.50 p/hr

Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a reliable and proactive Part-Time Office Administrator to support the smooth running of the operations.
 
Role Overview:
 
The Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting the office manager with the day-to-day administrative functions of the business. You'll be working closely with the Financial Advisor to ensure client records are kept up to date, documentation is processed efficiently, and the office runs in an organised and professional manner.
 
Key Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:

  • General administrative duties including filing, scanning, and managing correspondence
  • Preparing and maintaining client files in accordance with FCA compliance requirements
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the advisor's diary
  • Liaising with clients via phone, email, and occasionally in person
  • Data entry and updating CRM systems
  • Submitting applications and processing forms to providers
  • Monitoring and chasing outstanding paperwork
  • Supporting with compliance-related tasks and document tracking
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining a tidy office environment
  • Assisting with any ad hoc administrative tasks as required
 
 
Key Skills & Experience of the Office Administrator:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role (financial services experience desirable but not essential)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
  • Able to manage time effectively and prioritise workload
  • Discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
 
Desirable (But Not Essential):
  • Experience working with financial planning or IFA firms
  • Knowledge of financial products such as pensions, investments, or protection insurance
