About the Role

As a Talent Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment success by managing client relationships, sourcing top-tier candidates, and contributing to business growth through sales activities. You’ll act as a strategic advisor to clients and candidates alike, ensuring high-quality long-term partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various sectors.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Provide consultative support to clients on hiring strategies and market trends.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients on both the HR & Recruitment side of the business.
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and performance reviews.

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.
  • Generate leads, conduct cold calls, and attend and conduct regular networking events.
  • Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms of business & visit clients

Performance & KPIs

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs, including:
  • Placements made
  • Revenue generated
  • Client meetings booked
  • New business opportunities identified
  • Candidate submissions
  • Interview-to-placement ratio
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and report on activity regularly.


Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience using ATS/CRM systems.
