As a Talent Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment success by managing client relationships, sourcing top-tier candidates, and contributing to business growth through sales activities. You’ll act as a strategic advisor to clients and candidates alike, ensuring high-quality long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Delivery
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various sectors.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
Provide consultative support to clients on hiring strategies and market trends.
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients on both the HR & Recruitment side of the business.
Understand client needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Conduct regular client meetings and performance reviews.
Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.
Generate leads, conduct cold calls, and attend and conduct regular networking events.
Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate terms of business & visit clients
Performance & KPIs
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs, including:
Placements made
Revenue generated
Client meetings booked
New business opportunities identified
Candidate submissions
Interview-to-placement ratio
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and report on activity regularly.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
Experience using ATS/CRM systems.
