Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
Location: Eastleigh, Hybrid

IT Environment & Release Analyst: We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our newly established IT Environment Management function as an IT Environment & Release Analyst. This is a pivotal role where you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our non-production environments are well-managed, fit for purpose, and ready when needed.
You’ll be at the heart of environment coordination, working with infrastructure, application, and testing teams, as well as third-party service providers. If you’re detail-oriented, technically minded, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities as IT Environment & Release Analyst:

• Coordinating with internal IT teams (Infrastructure, Application, Testing) to build and manage environments.
  
• Liaising with third-party service providers to ensure seamless integration of services.
• Scheduling and managing environment usage and configuration to meet project timelines.
  
• Ensuring environments are maintained in line with Environment Management standards.
  
• Supporting code deployments, environment refreshes, and issue resolution.
  
• Maintaining a comprehensive Environment Database (components, usage, status).
  
• Producing clear and accurate environment-related documentation.

Skills and experience you need as IT Environment & Release Analyst:

• Experience coordinating technical work across multidisciplinary teams.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage technical information.
• Solid understanding of application and infrastructure components.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and networking concepts.
  
• Background in IT service management or similar roles. 
• Analytical mindset with a knack for solving problems.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
