We’re looking for experienced Behaviour Support Workers to join a specialist team in a further education setting in Scunthorpe. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-energy environments and is committed to helping students overcome barriers to learning.

Role Highlights:

• Support students aged 16+ with SEMH and behavioural needs.
• De-escalate incidents and promote positive behaviour strategies.

• Experience working with SEMH and challenging behaviour.
• Calm, resilient and confident in high-pressure situations.
• Team Teach or PRICE training is a strong advantage.
