As an Away From Home Customer & Channel Marketing Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping how Costa Coffee shows up across diverse AFH segments, from Workplace to Travel & Leisure and more. Sitting within the Global Marketing Centre of Excellence, you’ll lead the development of globally scalable marketing execution frameworks and brand toolkits that empower our markets and bottlers to deliver consistent, impactful brand experiences.
This role is about creating strategic marketing enablers like campaign toolkits, F&B strategies, and storytelling decks that elevate Costa’s presence at every customer touchpoint in B2B and B2B2C channels.
