Signature Recruitment is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team 2 days per week in our Bristol office.

As our part-time Marketing Executive, you’ll take charge of planning and delivering social media, email and digital campaigns designed to attract top candidates and new clients to our award-winning recruitment business. If you’re passionate about designing visuals, brainstorming and creating content and tracking results, we’d love to hear from you!

• Plan, write and design multi-channel marketing content (social, blogs, email)
• Build campaigns to attract jobseekers and companies with recruitment needs
• Optimise job adverts and web pages for search—using SEO/GEO tools and keyword research
• Track analytics and tweak campaigns to maximise engagement and leads
• Create LinkedIn content and manage regular newsletters
• Design stunning visuals in Canva while keeping our brand consistent

• B2B UK Marketing experience
• Excellent writing, editing, and visual design skills
• Confident with SEO, email marketing, LinkedIn, and Canva
• Highly organised and great at working independently

2 days/week, office-based. Hours can be completed over 2 or 3 days
