Part-Time Administrator - Summary:

A small but expanding recruitment business has growth aspirations and is seeking a competent and experienced Administrator to assist with this expansion. Your primary goal will be to alleviate the administrative workload of the Associate Partner so they can increase focus on the sales aspect and the growth of the business.

Location: Redcar, TS10

Initial salary - £13 per hour, paid on a self-employed basis

Hours - flexible, 8 hours per week, self-employed - could be one day per week or could be split into 2 half days. More hours are potentially available in the future subject to successful expansion.

The intention is for this role to be a long term prospect as consistency and familiarity within the business is of the utmost importance. Therefore, candidates will only be considered who are looking for long term stability and are willing to grow with the business.

Part-Time Administrator - Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the Associate Partner with the expansion of the business by:

  • Keeping all live job postings up to date and accurate at all times, both online and on Microsoft Excel
  • Maintaining client contact and ensuring we have all potential jobs advertised at all times
  • Creating new and varied job adverts as and when needed
  • Contacting potential new clients via email / phone for the purpose of Business Development
  • General administrative support predominantly using PC / Laptop / Phone
  • Checking in with candidates and clients both on the phone and via email, ensuring the smooth flowing of the workload and following up where necessary
  • Diary management and keeping the Associate Partner fully informed of your progress
  • Data entry and updating the CRM system as and when needed
  • Managing incoming calls and emails professionally
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Assisting with scheduling meetings / phone calls for the Associate Partner

Part-Time Administrator - Candidate Requirements:

  • You must be an experienced and dedicated administration professional who is considering this role as a long term proposition
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Fully competent at internet research and general computer use
  • Dedicated to maximising productivity whilst working
  • Comfortable with productivity targets
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as with colleagues
  • A flexible approach to working hours if required and open to a potential increase in hours if the business expands sufficiently
