Job Title: Conveyancing Paralegal

The Opportunity

A well-established legal team is seeking a skilled and motivated Conveyancing Paralegal to support its growing property department. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters across multiple sites, including London, with a clear path for development and progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion, under supervision
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
  • Conducting title checks, property searches, and due diligence
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal procedures
  • Maintaining accurate case files and documentation
  • Providing administrative and legal support to fee earners and the wider team

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
  • Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to build client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office

Desirable Attributes

  • Experience working across multiple office locations or jurisdictions
  • Exposure to commercial conveyancing (advantageous but not essential)
  • A proactive attitude and a desire to progress within a legal environment
