Atkinson Moss are proud to be representing a fantastic Accountancy Firm in Norwich in their search in looking for a unique new member to their highly productive team. They are in the search for a Bookkeeper.
Key duties include:
Undertake bank reconciliations
Raise sales invoices as per clients’ instructions
Process supplier invoices and allocating payments
Checking purchase orders against invoices
Reconcile supplier statements
Collate and process expenses
Post monthly payroll journals
Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
Provide support to clients via telephone, email etc
Prepare responses to supplier and clients queries
Credit control on behalf of clients – sending the initial email or making the first phone call to customers
Ensure accurate statements are sent to customers
Key Skills:
Bookkeeping experience in a practice is essential
Experience using QuickBooks and Xero would be beneficial
Excel knowledge
