Bookkeeper

Atkinson Moss are proud to be representing a fantastic Accountancy Firm in Norwich in their search in looking for a unique new member to their highly productive team. They are in the search for a Bookkeeper.

Key duties include:

  • Undertake bank reconciliations
  • Raise sales invoices as per clients’ instructions
  • Process supplier invoices and allocating payments
  • Checking purchase orders against invoices
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Collate and process expenses
  • Post monthly payroll journals
  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Provide support to clients via telephone, email etc
  • Prepare responses to supplier and clients queries
  • Credit control on behalf of clients – sending the initial email or making the first phone call to customers
  • Ensure accurate statements are sent to customers

Key Skills:

  • Bookkeeping experience in a practice is essential
  • Experience using QuickBooks and Xero would be beneficial
  • Excel knowledge
