Duties

• Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations within the office.
• Utilise administrative skills to manage schedules, appointments, and documentation effectively.
• Stay updated on market trends and local property regulations to provide informed advice to clients.

Requirements

• Proven administrative experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interaction.
