Atkinson Moss Leadership recruitment have been engaged to support this Norfolk business with a new appointment of a Fractional Finance Director.

• Location: Norfolk
• Salary: FTE £100,000-£110,000 per annum
• Requirement: 3 days per week (preference onsite but open to hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Provide the MD with ongoing analysis of the business financial position.
• Budgeting & Forecasting.
• Cashflow forecasting.
• Liaise with external accountants.
• Review and approve payments, ensuring accuracy.
• Support Managing Director with Ad-Hoc Projects
• Play a key role in strategic decision making.

Essential Experience

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
• Strong level of communication both written and verbal
• Excellent Leadership and interpersonal skills
• A willingness to roll up their sleeves and get hands on within an SME
• Previous experience as a CFO or FD within an SME
