Properties Manager - Part-Time (20 hrs)

Location: Rotherham
Salary: Up to £30,000 FTE p.a.

We're looking for someone proactive, organised, and confident in property compliance to take charge of our portfolio and make a real impact. You will be office based and willing to make an impact!

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the primary contact for tenants, handling queries, inspections, and maintenance requests.
• Coordinate contractors and manage repairs quickly and effectively.
• Ensure our portfolio meets all safety and compliance regulations.
• Oversee new tenancies, from marketing properties to moving tenants in.
• Keep on top of arrears, tenancy agreements, and property records.
• Carry out regular health & safety checks at our head office building.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in property management (buy-to-let experience is a big plus).
• Strong knowledge of tenancy law, compliance, and H&S regulations.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and negotiation skills.
• A self-starter who thrives working independently.
