Payroll Manager - Blackburn - Permanent/ Part Time 22.5 hours per week

Job Summary

Portfolio Payroll is excited to be working alongside our fabulous client based in the Blackburn area to recruit an experienced Payroll Manager. Our client is looking for a Payroll Manager who can really develop this function. This is a payroll processing focussed role for a lovely business managing a payroll of circa 550 - This is a full end to end payroll position with responsibility for all year end reporting, pensions administration and journals as well as full audit responsibility.

Some of the duties include:

• Managing the production of an accurate and efficient payroll
• Driving a policy of continuous improvement
• Ownership of all reporting and updating journals
• Managing all year end activities including p11D's
• Managing the benefits process including all annual cycles and liaising with 3rd party vendors
• Focus on service improvement
• Managing key stakeholder relationships within the business
