About the Role:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the classroom. You will be working closely with teachers to deliver lessons, provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, and help create an engaging learning environment for pupils of all abilities.

This position is ideal for someone who holds a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent), and who is ready to make a real difference in primary education in Doncaster.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils' learning and development in line with the curriculum.
• Provide tailored support for children with additional needs (EBD, MLD, ADHD, ASD desirable).
• Assist in planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with staff to follow EHCPs and behaviour support plans.

What We're Looking For:
? Level 3 qualification (CACHE / T Level / equivalent).
? Experience of working in schools, ideally with SEN knowledge.
? Strong communication and organisational skills.
? Flexibility, reliability, and a supportive attitude.
? Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply.
