Complex Needs Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We’re looking for dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join a specialist educational setting in Sheffield, supporting pupils with complex and high-level needs.

This vibrant and inclusive school operates across multiple sites and is renowned for its nurturing environment and commitment to personalised learning. The school offers a unique opportunity to work in a beautiful, semi-rural location, supporting students aged 11–19 with a range of learning difficulties, autism spectrum conditions, and associated needs.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience working with children or young people with high-level SEN, ideally in a school or care setting.
• A calm, resilient, and empathetic approach to support and behaviour management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff.
• Flexibility to work across different classes and adapt to changing needs.
