Role Overview

As the Part-time Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient running of the office by providing comprehensive administrative support. Your efforts will be essential in maintaining the smooth operation of daily business activities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage correspondence, including handling phone calls, emails, and official communications.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication skills.
  • Support the invoicing and billing process.
  • Maintain client databases, ensuring records are accurate, secure, and kept up to date.
