Interim HR Business Partner

Want to be part of a people team that are awardfinalist for 2025 Investors in People ‘Best People Team’ award?

If you're passionate about impactful HR and want to join a team that’s making real change, we’d love to hear from you. We’ve been shortlisted as a finalist for the 2025 Investors in People ‘Best People Team’ award – a recognition of the incredible progress we’ve made and our commitment to making POhWER a truly great place to work.

We’re looking for an experienced and adaptable HR/People professional to join our friendly and collaborative team as an Interim HRBP. This is a great opportunity to get involved in a variety of meaningful and business-critical projects while supporting a team that truly values partnership and teamwork.

The role is offered on a flexible basis of up to 30 hours per week, with a presence needed on Mondays and Fridays to support key activities. We anticipate the contract will run for 2–3 months and are ideally looking for someone who is available to start right away.

You’ll be joining a small but supportive team, where everyone pitches in and works together. There are two existing HRBPs with their own client groups, and this role will focus on employee relations and change.

Key areas of involvement include supporting the rollout of a new absence management process, advising on disciplinary and grievance matters, contributing to TUPE activity, helping implement a new HR system for core HR and recruitment. Experience across these areas will be beneficial, as we’re looking for someone who can confidently step in and make an immediate impact.

We’re proud of the progress we’ve made as a team and are thrilled to have been shortlisted as finalists for the Investors in People ‘Best People Team’ award. It’s a reflection of the positive changes we’ve delivered over the past year and our ongoing commitment to making POhWER a fantastic place to work.
