The Role

We’re looking for a friendly and passionate Optical Assistant to become part of a supportive and welcoming team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and delivering excellent service from start to finish
• Performing pre-screening eye health checks
• Ensuring a smooth and professional handover to the optometrist
• Dispensing glasses and advising on lens options
• Fitting and repairing spectacles

• Handling day-to-day administrative tasks
