An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Personal Tax Senior Manager to join a growing and dynamic tax team.

This position offers strong progression prospects and the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, from business owners to high-net-worth individuals. Based in Cheltenham, the role also comes with the flexibility of hybrid working.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you’ll play an integral part in managing and developing both client relationships and internal teams. This is a hands-on role for someone looking to make an impact across people development and business growth.

• Managing and developing the tax team, including recruiting and mentoring staff
• Delivering high-quality tax services to a portfolio of personal tax clients
• Acting as a trusted adviser and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting business development activities, including networking and client acquisition
• Driving continuous improvement within the tax function alongside the senior management team

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be appropriately qualified (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA) with significant experience in personal tax
• Have proven experience managing a client portfolio within a tax environment
• Be confident in business development and networking within the local market
• Possess excellent leadership skills, with a passion for developing others
• Be commercially driven and contribute actively to firm-wide growth
