About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a wide-ranging role within a growing accountancy and advisory firm. As Risk and Compliance Executive, you’ll gain exposure across multiple business areas, contributing directly to the firm’s regulatory, compliance, and quality assurance processes.

You’ll play a key part in supporting strategic growth while ensuring high standards are maintained in areas such as client onboarding, financial crime prevention, business continuity, data privacy, and regulatory reporting.

This is a varied role offering both challenge and opportunity for professional growth, ideal for someone looking to further develop their career in a compliance-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting firm-wide compliance with ICAEW and audit regulations
  • Managing and reviewing anti-money laundering (AML) processes and controls
  • Overseeing client onboarding and KYC (Know Your Client) risk checks
  • Assisting with professional indemnity insurance, including case management
  • Contributing to risk management and business continuity initiatives
  • Supporting data protection and privacy processes across the business
  • Involvement in stakeholder reporting, procurement projects, contract reviews, and offboarding processes
About You

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Experience in a risk, compliance, or regulatory role within professional services or financial services
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to understand the broader business context
  • A practical and commercial approach to resolving complex compliance matters
  • An interest in how effective compliance can support business growth
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A commitment to personal development and a desire to work on a variety of projects
