We're currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to drive a group of cleaners to clean construction sites across the UK. You will be picking Cleaners up from their locations in Bournemouth, Dorset, driving them to site, supervising the cleaning & driving everyone back home from sites in locations such as London, Bristol, Weymouth etc.

  Responsibilities:

• Pick up cleaners from their locations in Bournemouth, Dorset

• Transport the team to construction sites across the UK.

• Supervise cleaning activities on site, ensuring work meets safety and quality standards.

• Drive the team safely back home at the end of the day.

• Report any site issues or team concerns to management promptly
  
  Requirements:

• Full UK driving license
• CSCS card preferred but not essential
• Previous experience supervising a team, ideally in cleaning or construction environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and travel extensively across the UK.
• Reliable, proactive, and safety-conscious approach.
