About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support primary schools in the Meopham area. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the classroom, helping pupils achieve their full potential in a supportive learning environment.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to provide support with learning activities, small group work, and one-to-one support for children who may need additional help.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting teachers in the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons
• Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils
• Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
• Encouraging children’s confidence, independence, and social development
• Helping to prepare classroom materials and resources

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children in a school or childcare setting (desirable but not essential)
• A positive, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learning
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for helping children to thrive
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3) are advantageous but not required
