What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting recruitment and selection campaigns
Completing pre-employment checks and onboarding for new starters
Assisting with absence management and Occupational Health referrals
Work with the People Team on wellbeing initiatives, wellbeing days and events
Supporting the People team on a range of HR project work
Be involved in the implementation of an HRIS
Assist with the processing of Leave of Absences
Action the Exit Interview process
Drafting contracts of employment and processing payroll data (starters, leavers, changes, absences)
Liaising with payroll services and assisting with monthly payroll checks
Managing People related correspondence and maintaining GDPR compliance
Coordinating CPD sessions and managing bookings
Supporting investigations, hearings, and due diligence processes, taking minutes and associated administration
What We’re Looking For
CIPD Level 3 or working towards is desirable
HR Administration experience– essential
Experience supporting recruitment and using HRIS systems
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a varied workload
A proactive, can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail
Access to a car for occasional travel to local sites
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
