Join our client's FE College as a Lecturer with a Clinical Nursing specialism. This role is ideal for someone passionate about shaping the future of students in the health and social care sector, primarily aged 16-19, preparing them for rewarding careers.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Teach across a variety of qualifications including the Level 3 T Level Technical Qualification in Health and Science, and BTEC RQF Health and Social Care Levels 1-4, and Access to Health and Human Science.
  • Utilise current/recent clinical experience to provide enriched learning experiences.
  • Engage with continuous professional development activities to stay updated with the latest teaching methods and sector developments.
  • Expected working days are Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must possess a degree in Nursing.
  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Current or recent clinical experience within the health/social care sector.
  • Experience in teaching or training is preferable.
  • If not already obtained, willingness to achieve a Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector (support provided).
