Building on the strong leadership and foundations established at CADAT, the CEO role is evolving to take a transformational approach - strengthening CADAT as a proactive community adviser, forging strategic partnerships and driving economic development to deliver long-term prosperity and regional impact.
This is a leadership opportunity that goes beyond service preservation. The successful candidate will advance CADAT as a proactive force for community prosperity, skills development and strategic collaboration.
Candidate Profile:

Working Arrangements:

- Part-time - A consistent, reduced-hours schedule (e.g. 2-3 days per week), with involvement in day-to-day operations
- Fractional - A flexible arrangement where the CEO provides strategic leadership on a part-time basis, potentially alongside other professional commitments, with a focus on high-level impact rather than operational delivery
