Key Responsibilities

• Assist Financial advisors by managing paperwork, data entry and client communications ensuring smooth operations within the financial team.
• Conduct detailed research on financial products, investment options and market trends to provide insights for financial planning.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and plans.
• Ensure that all financial advice adheres to regulatory standards, conducting compliance checks as needed.

Qualifications - Desirable

• Diploma in Financial Planning or Business Management
• FPQP Certification
• Experience of using IO (Intelligent Office)

Skills

• Must be meticulous ensuring accuracy in financial reports and compliance checks
• Effective communication is necessary for collaborating with financial advisors and supporting client instructions
• Must be willing to work collaboratively within a team and support various tasks as needed
