Simple Recruitment are looking for a part time Support Administrator for a fixed term contract opportunity with our client in Shepton Mallet.
The Job:
As the Support Administrator you will:
Monitor in accordance with SOPS all daily and weekly temperature-controlled equipment.
Ensure all temperature-controlled equipment are calibrated in line with the SOPs.
On receipt of loan / sample products, check to ensure no damage; products received are as expected, and highlight any concerns to avoid the risk of counterfeit or damaged products entering the supply chain.
Ensure loan / sample products are booked in / out correctly on Sage and on the ‘Stock Record Sheets’ so that full product traceability is always maintained. Ensure loan database is up to date and the necessary paperwork is completed.
Ensure loan/sample products are packed correctly for protection and temperature storage requirements.
Notify the Warehouse Team when a loan / sample / repair shipment is to be despatched so that transportation can be arranged.
Prepare Company customer quotations, ensuring correct pricing and authorisation is obtained, and send to customers.
Prepare quotes and process customer orders relating to maintenance/servicing, repairs and rejuvenations and raise associated documentation for manufacturers and customers.
Be a point of contact for any customer queries regarding maintenance/servicing, repairs, and rejuvenations.
Arrange Service Engineer visits, if required.
Add details of new maintenance contracts / service visits to database and liaise with customers and colleagues regarding any contracts due to expire and any service visits due.
Ensure customers receive accurate and timely quotations.
Ensure customers’ maintenance /servicing, repairs, and rejuvenation orders are managed
Ensure equipment monitored related to the storage of products remains within range, or the RP notified if there is a temperature excursion. To prevent products being sold until investigated and authorised by RP.
The Hours:
15 hours per week: Monday to Friday 12.00pm to 3.00pm
