We’re a creative design company based in the heart of Hove, and we’re on the lookout for a sharp, proactive Bookkeeper to keep our financial engine running smoothly. If you love balancing books as much as we love balancing colour palettes, we should talk.

 What you’ll be doing:

• Managing day-to-day bookkeeping using Xero (or similar)
• Reconciling bank statements and keeping ledgers squeaky clean
• Processing invoices, expenses, and payments with ninja-like accuracy
• Supporting month-end and year-end processes
• Liaising with our accountant and internal teams to keep everything ticking
• Keeping HMRC happy with timely VAT returns and compliance

 What we’re looking for:

• Solid bookkeeping experience (bonus points if it’s in a creative or SME environment)
• AAT qualified or equivalent (or working towards it)
• Confident with cloud-based accounting software
• Detail-driven, organised, and a bit of a spreadsheet whisperer
• Someone who enjoys working independently but is also a team player
