Front End Developer - React, TypeScript

An exciting new opportunity with a small, fast and sustainably growing SaaS company developing digital communications solutions for a range of global companies. Using cutting edge technology, their SAAS product helps businesses test and improve the quality of digital communication to their customers and business partners.
As part of their continued expansion, they are looking for a Front-End Developer to join their team and help continue to build their evolving platform. This is a rare opportunity to be an early joiner at a technology company that is rising fast and sustainably.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ongoing product development using React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS.
• Implementing fully responsive designs using semantic HTML and CSS.
• Write clean, efficient, secure, and maintainable code that has high test coverage.
• Responsible for writing end-to-end and component tests using Playwright.
• An eye for design and UX, always able to identify room for improvement.
• A good understanding of Web Accessibility approaches and challenges.
• Design, test, build and develop new features with the team.
• Support the marketing team with technical changes and improvements to the website.
• Experienced in using SCRUM to consistently deliver improvements at a fast pace.

Knowledge, skills and experience required

• Must be highly experienced in using React, with experience of coding with TypeScript.
• A positive and friendly personality, someone who is eager to get stuck in everyday.
• Excellent communication skills, able to interact with everyone in the business.
• Highly reliable and able to own and deliver high quality that you are proud of.
• Hands-on; able to use your own skills and expertise to deliver results yourself.
• Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise as required.
• Able to continuously integrate and deploy improvements at speed.
• Experience of using AI as a productivity aid desirable.
