Connect2TalentSolutions are currently seeking reliable and enthusiastic Catering Assistants to join school catering teams across the Black country area. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly, fast-paced environment, providing nutritious meals to students and staff.

• Assist with the preparation and serving of food and beverages

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas

• Wash up kitchen utensils, equipment, and trays

• Follow food safety procedures and health & safety regulations

• Set up and clear down dining areas before and after service

• Support the catering team with general kitchen duties

• Interact politely and professionally with students and staff

• Previous experience in a catering or kitchen assistant role (preferred but not essential)

• A valid Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

• Good communication skills and a helpful attitude

• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions

• Understanding of basic food hygiene (Level 1 or 2 Food Safety Certificate desirable)
