P4 Recruitment are working with a client who is looking for a Team Leader in Scarborough to support staff, deliver person-centred care, and ensure high standards – all on a part-time basis.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to your team
• Oversee rotas, leave, and staff training
• Carry out compliance and quality audits
• Support the delivery of meaningful, active lifestyles
• Maintain strong relationships with families and professionals
• Work collaboratively as part of the Scarborough team

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in social care and leadership
• Flexible, approachable leadership style
• Full UK driving licence
• NVQ level 5 Leadership & Management Health and Social care
